From Penang to the UK: A Rainbow Promise

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Penang, Malaysia, my life took a significant turn. I”ll never forget my 20 year old self first time leaving home, filled with anticipation and uncertainty. Stepping out of London Heathrow Airport, I was greeted by a breathtaking rainbow arching across the sky. At the time, I was just a beautiful moment, but years later, I would understand it as God’s whisper of promise over my life.

It was in the UK that I met my husband; little did I know that our love so strong it would carry me across continents. God works in mysterious ways, doesn’t He?

Life in Taiwan: Overcoming Language Barriers

At 25, we married and relocated to Taiwan—a land where I couldn’t read or write Chinese. The language barrier was daunting, but with determination and perseverance, I immersed myself in the culture, eventually achieving fluency in reading, writing and speaking Chinese. These obstacles became one of my life’s greatest gifts, I met lifelong friends who supported me through thin and think.

Motherhood: Lessons in Love and Compassion

Motherhood has been one of the most profound teachers in my life. It taught me love, the power of patience, compassion, and the importance of leading by example for my children. These values have deeply influenced my personal growth and the ethos of Endures Forever Jewelry.

The Significance of the Rainbow: A Divine Covenant

Years later, as my faith grew, I came to understand the rainbow symbolises God’s covenant—a promise of hope, faithfulness and love. Reflecting on that first rainbow I saw upon arriving in the UK, I felt like a revelation God had been guiding me all along, from Malaysia to UK, then to Taiwan and now back in the UK.

Approaching 51, I felt a calling to create something meaningful—Endures Forever Jewelry. Every step is a reminder that His Love Endures Forever and He works all things together for the good of those who love Him.
